BLOOD FAVOR and WEALTH TRANSFER

This is an extract from my sermon notes from the just concluded Abuja Miracle and Healing Convention 2017, oh we had a great time and yea signs, wonders and Miracles followed the word that was preached and I believe as you read through, your spirit will be awakened to the power of the blood of Christ that is causing the blessing to be activated for us the believers.
Many believers are drawn back into condemnation because of their mistakes, these mistakes make them feel cheap. But the truth is we are worth the very life of God. When Christ died, He paid for our sins with his life. His life for our life.“Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭1:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬
And from the scriptures in Leviticus 17:11 we see that life is in the blood. “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.”
‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭17:11‬ ‭KJV‬‬
So the blood of Jesus is the payment for our life. The blood has made an atonement, a covering for our lives, it's the blood flowing from the veins of Immanuel that silences the nagging voices of sin and sicknesses Glory! So there's no other form of payment or covering, it's the blood.
It's the blood that delivers and activates the blessing, God's compelling favor, God's abundant prosperity.
“As for you also, because of the blood of My covenant with you [My chosen people, the covenant that was sealed with blood] I have freed your prisoners from the waterless pit. Return to the stronghold [of security and prosperity], O prisoners who have the hope; Even today I am declaring that I will restore double [your former prosperity] to you [as firstborn among nations].”
Zechariah 9:11-12.NLT
So going through scriptures from the beginning you'll discover after the blood of their sacrifice was shed on the alter, the blessing will be proclaimed over them and as they go forth in their respective businesses you'll find out the elements of the earth responded to them, they always prospered. They were blessed and empowered to succeed in all they do.
To bless (etymology dictionary)-blood sprinkled on alter that gives you an edge in life. It means marked with blood, hallowed in blood and marked with God as a result you're well spoken of (God sponsored rumors) you're praised and you're empowered, pushed forward and all knees bend to you.
Now as believers we are in a new covenant sealed with the blood of Jesus. The blood is speaking for us in the Holies of Holies. That's our new position in the blood where all things work for us.
“I have observed something else under the sun. The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn’t always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don’t always lead successful lives. It is all decided by chance, by being in the right place at the right time.”
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭9:11‬ ‭NLT‬‬
We are in a new covenant where the blood speaks the blessings for us, we belong in the right place where we always win the race of life.
As believers we keep the blood ever before us, as we take the communion we plead the blood. We stain our mouths with blood, Our eyes are stained our ears are stained with the blood our whole body is stained and we're made one with God.
Because of the blood the dice is always cast in our favor hallelujah! And we overcome always.
Rev 12:11 we overcome by the blood and by the word (the gospel of the finished works)of our testimony..
Keep this ever before you this how we win in life. We have the blood that causes all things to work in our favor.
Season has changed for you, the blood has been shed for you and the tides are in you favor.
Remain Blessed.

Pray with Simplicity

Matthew 6:5-9
"And when you come before God, don't turn that into a theatrical production either. All these people making a regular show out of their prayers, hoping for stardom! Do you think God sits in a box seat?
"Here's what I want you to do: Find a quiet, secluded place so you won't be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as simply and honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense his grace.
"The world is full of so-called prayer warriors who are prayer-ignorant. They're full of formulas and programs and advice, peddling techniques for getting what you want from God. Don't fall for that nonsense. This is your Father you are dealing with, and he knows better than you what you need. With a God like this loving you, you can pray very simply. Like this:
Our Father in heaven,
Reveal who you are..."

In prayers when your focus shift from you(self) to God, your prayers become very effective.
So what or who is your focus in prayers? Is it you? How long or hard you pray? Is your focus on the formulas, philosophy or technique of men or is your focus on God?
When there's a shift from self to God in prayers you will see the grace of God, you will see the anointing working for you, therein lies the effectiveness of prayers.
Glory!!!
James 5:16-18
"Confess to one another therefore your faults (your slips, your false steps, your offenses, your sins) and pray [also] for one another, that you may be healed and restored [to a spiritual tone of mind and heart]. The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].
Elijah was a human being with a nature such as we have [with feelings, affections, and a constitution like ours]; and he prayed earnestly for it not to rain, and no rain fell on the earth for three years and six months.
And [then] he prayed again and the heavens supplied rain and the land produced its crops [as usual]".
The focus here on God answering you is not on how well you performed in prayers but rather what God did for you in Christ to be righteous. So in essence for prayers to be effective it has to focus on Christ and draw from the finished works of Jesus not our performance.
And another very important thing I want you to note in James 5:16-18 about this kind of prayers is that one is praying for others not self. Vs 16 starts by saying confess to one another and pray for one another. So the rule or principle in prayer to pray earnest heartfelt continued prayers comes in play when praying for others.
I believe there's a revival of prayers in the body of Christ so let's learn to prayer in accordance to God's will.

WHO AM I? – THE BELOVED.

The bible has a central theme which is God’s love for mankind. I asked a lot of people what the first memory verse they learnt as kids even before they began to read the bible. For most people the response was John 3:16 “for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” And this verse is one verse that pops in my head first whenever I'm asked to give memory verses. I wondered why this verse was the first verse most folks knew, then I heard this in my spirit ‘the first thing my child needs to know is how much I love him/her.’ Then to really understand this love I also heard ‘personalise this verse’. “For God so loved ME, that he gave his only begotten Son, that if I believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.” After doing this I felt like melting, what manner of love is this that the very best of heaven was given to me. I cried because I was so touched, even before we were born, although God knew we were going to be sinners He still gave up his darling Son for us. That is why it is only the power of God’s love that leads one to repentance. Above all, this love cannot be compared to any not even to the love our parents give us.
Although our parents love us, they still get angry at us, but God CANNOT and will NEVER be angry with you, because the finished work of Jesus Christ has caused God to be perpetually on your side forever. Rom5:8-9 “But God commendeth his love towards us in that while we yet sinners Christ died for us much more then, being now justified by his blood, WE SHALL BE SAVED FROM WRATH THROUGH HIM”. Hallelujah! We've been saved from wrath through him Christ, and God is faithful to what His Son did on the cross, we have been made a people after God’s heart, we are his Beloved!
Psalm 23 is one portion of scripture that describes the love of God. In that chapter you’ll see something wonderful there. God does everything, that’s His kind of love, nothing for man to do; He is our shepherd, He is our guide, He is our provider, He is our comfort, He is the restoration for our souls and leads us in the paths of righteousness. Now in vs 4 you’ll see something amazing. “yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me…” this is the only verse were man did something and man missed it by walking through the valley of the shadow of death, but the good news is God is still with man even in his sins. It is the love of God that leads one to repentance. The moment a sinner embraces God’s love, sin loses its grip.
You my friend are God’s beloved, always walk in that consciousness, your waking up thought should be God loves me dearly. As you become conscious of who you are you begin to exhibit the love nature with no effort on your part, because love is your nature.
In the next post, the Holy Spirit will guide us to understanding how the power of God’s love can help protect and maintain relationships and also help live a victorious life.

God loves you dearly.

WHO AM I?

Hey guys, i really want to share with you this great truth that has changed my life forever. In February 2012, I heard these words in spirit. “In the new birth, you know what you've been born out of. Do you know what you've been born into?” I was a little younger and curious what these meant, and the Holy Spirit began to make me understand that Christ did not just come to deliver us from sin and leave us. The redemptive work of Christ was complete that was why after He redeemed us from sin He established a new life, brought us into this new life of right standing with God and the blessing, oh what a salvation!
Gal 3:13 "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law being made a curse for us: for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree:” This verse tells us what we've been redeemed from; the curses of the law. Read Deut28:15-68 those are the curses. Reading that you’ll know that Christ redeemed us from a whole lot of curses; sickness, poverty and spiritual death.
To show the completeness of Christ’s redemptive work we go down to verse 14. “That the blessing of Abraham might come on the gentiles through Jesus Christ: that we might receive the promise of the spirit through faith.” After being redeemed from sin God gave to mankind the blessings of Abraham and the promise of the Holy Spirit (the anointing to excel).
I like the way Paul puts it in Colossians 1:12-13 “giving thanks to the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son:”
In the new birth God has qualified us for the blessing, Hallelujah! Therefore no man no demon can stop me from the blessing. That’s why when I pray I'm always expecting a result. In the new birth, there was a translation, a change of levels, we were moved from darkness and moved to Zion. This kingdom of his dear son entails us living the fulfilment of God’s kingdom here on earth; living the best kind of life; the healthy and wealthy life. When you read on vs14 we also have the forgiveness of sins Glory!
And God said this is who you are;
·         You are my Beloved.
·         You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
·         You are the healthy ones.
·         You are the wealthy ones.
·         You are the anointed ones (you've got power from the Holy Ghost to bring to manifestation the realities of your redemption).
In further series we’ll let the Holy Spirit guide us more into this truth as we study more of who we are in Christ. The consciousness of who you are in Christ is what makes you live above sin and condemnation.
God loves you dearly.

GRACE IS NOT FAIR.

Happy new month friends. I decided to post this on the first day of the month, I'm sure you must be wondering "Grace is not fair? What's wrong with this young man" sometime ago "faith doesn't make sense" now " Grace is not fair".
But come to think of this, in the natural we get rewards for everything we do be it good or bad, but God doesn't operate that way.
Isn't it amazing that a sinner in some seconds can be changed to an entire new being that never existed before (2cor5:17) the moment he gets born again. What's so amazing is the love of God for mankind that while we were yet sinners He sent his only and darling son to die for our sins. It is not Ideal or sound logical to pay the debt of someone who has hurt you so bad, yet God did.
Reading 2cor5:21, to the natural it is impossible for a righteous man to change his place and take the sins of man so that in Him sinners would become righteous yet Christ did that. In 2cor8:9 Christ became poor so that we would become rich Glory! What an awesome God!
The gospel of grace is so good but, it is true. The natural kind cannot understand this that is why so many people are bound and are searching hope and liberty in the wrong place.
The scripture says Abraham was declared righteous by God. But Abraham didn't always do the right things, he missed it atimes. He didn't always have the goody goody, holy kind of life yet God declared him righteous. After God promised him a son through Sarah, he laid with Hagar his wife's servant Gen16:1-16. Abraham denied his wife claiming she was his sister to Abimelech king of Gerar Gen20:1-18. So you see its outrageous to say Abraham was righteous. But Abraham found something, we are justified by faith in Gods grace apart from our works Rom4:1-5. So for anyone to do exploits and reign in life like Father Abraham we need to believe in the grace of God Rom5:17.
Some folks say people like Father Abraham and other great men of faith in the bible are God's favorite that's why they did great things and they are recorded in the Bible. The truth is God has no favorites He loves us all equally.
I like to illustrate the grace of God as a fountain or a stream though this fountain never goes dry. This fountain is for all mankind. Everyone has equal access to this fountain, it all depends on you to draw as much as you can from this fountain. The grace of God is for all, its your faith in this grace that brings about the manifestation of the blessing. So we should not look at this great men of faith and wish "if God would love me like them I would be great". God loves you dearly and His grace is abundant.
The solution to all life's problem is in the grace of God, when you sick grace heals you 1peter2:24, when broke grace is your source 2cor8:9, when feeling guilty and sin conscious, rejoice because there's no condemnation glory! Rom8:1 and always be conscious of the grace of God that washes you spotless. As you become grace conscious sin shall have no power over you Rom6:14.
Grace is God's anointing, favor, ability, support, wisdom, it goes on and on its God's help and its a gift, it is what saves us and what we live by. with enough grace we can do anything, have anything and be anything.
Grace is Jesus Christ, let your eyes be constantly fixed on the lamb slain.
Remain blessed.

THE VALUE OF SPEAKING IN TONGUES.

Monday, 7 July 2014

THE GIFT OF TONGUES.

PART 1.There has been so much misunderstanding concerning speaking with other tongues amongst those who don't speak and those who do because they know nothing or very little about the subject or they have wrong ideas about tongues. They don't realize the value derived from exercising the gift, nor do they understand the scope-the purpose and the use of tongues. As a result they take tongues out of its proper setting in the word.
I began studying the word on this line. I got a book 'Tongues; Beyond the upper Room' by Kenneth E. Hagin and I was greatly blessed after reading. I want to share with you the value, the scope, purpose and use of the gift of tongues in these series I'll be posting in the days to come.
* 4 COMMON OBJECTIONS TO SPEAKING IN TONGUES.
Here are some of the objections people have about the subject of tongues.
Objection #1: Jesus didn't speak in tongues so I don't have to either.
It's true tongues and interpretation did not operate in Jesus's earthly ministry although the other 7gifts of the Holy Spirit manifested. You won't also find speaking in tongues and interpretation of tongues in demonstration in the old testament (although you'll find this gift prophesied about in Isaiah 28:11-12). The gift of speaking in tongues and interpretation are distinct in the Holy Spirit dispensation which began with the outpouring of the Holy Ghost on the day of Pentecost in Acts2.
Jesus mentioned this new gift that God would give to his people under the new covenant mark16:17-18. Jesus declared that 5 supernatural signs are to follow believers and one of them is that "... they shall speak with new tongues"(vs17). All 5 signs mentioned in mark 16 are supernatural and Jesus didn't say a few will speak with other tongues but he clearly implied all believers should do so..
The number one reason amongst other personal reasons for not speaking in tongues is that there has been very little sound, logical and scriptural teaching as to the value of speaking with tongues.
Objection #2: Tongues are of the Devil.
Many folks believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit but when it comes to speaking in tongues they say its of the devil. But the question is how can people get something from the devil that makes them better? If tongues is of the devil then even sinners would have utterance to speak. You only receive this gift when you get saved and filled with the Holy Ghost.
If tongues is of the devil, then so is our denomination. You must be thinking what I mean. Well the same Spirit we are acquainted with in our denomination, the same spirit who recreats our inner man and witnesses to our spirit that we are children of God is the same spirit that gives utterance in other tongues.There's only one Holy Ghost its identically the same spirit-just a different dimension. The moment you get filled you just experience a greater measure of the HolyGhost. Of course, our denominations are not of the devil and neither is tongues. Its all of the Holy Ghost. Speaking in tongues just opens you to a deeper dimension of the same Spirit. You can go deeper in God if you want to all you need to do is ask. Luke11:11-13.
Objection #3: Tongues have ceased.
Many folks say tongues have ceased and they quote 1Cor13:8 but the verse doesn't say tongues have ceased, it says tongues shall cease all future tenses.
These folks who forbid tongues according to this scripture will do well also to read 1Cor14:39." Wherefore brethren, covet to prophesy and forbid not to speak with tongues".
Objection #4: Only the Apostles could pray for people to receive the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
Some people use Acts8:14-17 to prove that the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues was only available for the early church as long as the original apostles were still alive. They hold to the argument that tongues ceased with the last Apostle, but that argument is not in line with the word. There are 5 instances in the book of Acts where people were filled with the Holy spirit and in one instance the person who ministered the baptism wasn't even an Apostle. I'm talking about 'a certain disciple at Damascus named Ananias.' (Acts9:10) who went to Saul of Tarsus and laid hands on him that he might be filled with the Holy Spirit.vs17. The word disciple means follower, a follower of the lord. This means Ananias was neither an Apostle, a Prophet, Pastor nor teacher. He was a layman directed by the Lord Jesus.
I believe God put this account in the bible because he knew we'd face this argument from some folks. Thank God for the word. Its so clear, concise and plain.
Always keep in mind, the closer we stay with the word of God the more correct we will be in whatever we do.

                                                                                Dannie.
