Hey guys, i really want to share with you this great truth that has changed my life forever. In
February 2012, I heard these words in spirit. “In the new birth, you know what you've been born out of. Do you know what you've been born into?” I was a
little younger and curious what these meant, and the Holy Spirit began to make
me understand that Christ did not just come to deliver us from sin and leave
us. The redemptive work of Christ was complete that was why after He redeemed
us from sin He established a new life, brought us into this new life of right
standing with God and the blessing, oh what a salvation!
Gal
3:13 "Christ hath redeemed us from
the curse of the law being made a curse for us: for it is written, cursed is
everyone that hangeth on a tree:” This verse tells us what we've been
redeemed from; the curses of the law. Read Deut28:15-68 those are the curses.
Reading that you’ll know that Christ redeemed us from a whole lot of curses;
sickness, poverty and spiritual death.
To
show the completeness of Christ’s redemptive work we go down to verse 14. “That the blessing of Abraham might come on
the gentiles through Jesus Christ: that we might receive the promise of the
spirit through faith.” After being redeemed from sin God gave to mankind
the blessings of Abraham and the promise of the Holy Spirit (the anointing to
excel).
I
like the way Paul puts it in Colossians 1:12-13 “giving thanks to the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers
of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power
of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son:”
In
the new birth God has qualified us for the blessing, Hallelujah! Therefore no
man no demon can stop me from the blessing. That’s why when I pray I'm always
expecting a result. In the new birth, there was a translation, a change of
levels, we were moved from darkness and moved to Zion. This kingdom of his dear
son entails us living the fulfilment of God’s kingdom here on earth; living the
best kind of life; the healthy and wealthy life. When you read on vs14 we also
have the forgiveness of sins Glory!
And
God said this is who you are;
·
You are my Beloved.
·
You are the righteousness of God in
Christ Jesus.
·
You are the healthy ones.
·
You are the wealthy ones.
·
You are the anointed ones (you've got
power from the Holy Ghost to bring to manifestation the realities of your
redemption).
In
further series we’ll let the Holy Spirit guide us more into this truth as we
study more of who we are in Christ. The consciousness of who you are in Christ
is what makes you live above sin and condemnation.
God
loves you dearly.
Dannie.
